I am driven to be a peacemaker — which sometimes means running into danger, asking uncomfortable questions, and calling out the disconnects. Professional EOS Implementer

Coaching

I’m a Certified EOS Implementer®, and I work with small to mid-sized companies, typically with 10-250 employees with leaders who are entrepreneurial and more afraid of the status quo than they are of change. Helping these teams experience that same shift is some of the most rewarding work I do.

Beyond the Work

Kim and I have been married since July 2000. We live in Ashland, Ohio, love traveling to explore new places and shorten Ohio winters, and are both active in our local church.

In 2013 we adopted our son Andre when he was nine years old. He passed away in 2023, just as he was starting his senior year of high school. It was the hardest season Kim and I have ever walked through. We are grateful to have come out stronger on the other side — thankful for the support of people we love, and more convinced than ever that life is short and the people around us are worth fighting for.

On a personal note, I play the piano. I have my private pilot’s license. I enjoy designing and building things, writing, solving puzzles, and watching football — sometimes all on the same Saturday afternoon.

Professional Bio

Jeremy Harrison is a marketing strategist, author, and Professional EOS Implementer® based in Ashland, Ohio. He is the founder of OneTable Strategy®, a marketing agency he started in 2006 that has grown to serve hundreds of small to mid-sized businesses across North America.

Over two decades of agency work, Jeremy developed the One Table Strategy® Framework — a practical system for helping marketing teams stay aligned, adapt to change, and execute with clarity. He trains and certifies marketing professionals to use the framework with their own clients, and speaks to entrepreneurial leaders and marketing professionals on strategy, AI, and what it means to lead in a world of constant change.

Jeremy is also a Professional EOS Implementer®, working with leadership teams to align vision, gain traction, and build healthier businesses. He is the author of Be The Wayfinder: The Marketer’s Framework to Survive and Thrive in the Age of AI.

He and his wife Kim live in Ashland, Ohio.
